CooCoo Mousse
This is the cake i made for my mom's birthday last January 1. I was inspired by this book i recently purchased from Fully Booked, entitled "Small Batch Baking". This is a chocolate mousse cake.

Golden Wedding
We celebrated the Golden Wedding Anniversary of my parents last Decmber 21, 2008.
I made the wedding cake and cupcakes for the affair. It was my first attempt at making a pound cake with butter cream frosting. I also flavored it using Rum. So I guess I can call it, a "Pound Butter Cream Frosted Rum Cake".
