We celebrated the Golden Wedding Anniversary of my parents last Decmber 21, 2008.
I made the wedding cake and cupcakes for the affair. It was my first attempt at making a pound cake with butter cream frosting. I also flavored it using Rum. So I guess I can call it, a "Pound Butter Cream Frosted Rum Cake".
